Two severed hands placed in plastic container found in Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY -- A garbage collector found two severed hands inside a plastic container at Purok Kagaykay, Barangay 2 here on Wednesday, Jan. 25.

Capt. Jonito Pastrana, head of Police Station 2, said that a piece of paper with names of some persons tagged as being into illegal drugs, was also found.

Pastrana said they are still blank on the perpetrators who left or dumped the severed hands in the area.

He said they will check a copy of a closed circuit television (CCTV) camera installed in the garbage disposal area.

Pastrana said they will also verify the allegation against some personalities written on the paper.

He said the severed hands were brought to a funeral parlor, and will be subjected for examination.
