Lovely Abella, Benj Manalo now expecting

Lovely Abella and Benj Manalo are welcoming 2023 with good news.

Just recently, the two announced that they're going to have a baby.

On Instagram, the dancer-turned-actress uploaded a video of how she informed her husband about it.

There, Lovely could be seen waking up Benj and showing him the pregnancy test.

Benj was emotional processing what Lovely showed him.

Jose Manalo's son happily shouted, "Yes! Thank you Lord! Come here!"  

"In GOD's Perfect TIME! MIRACLE HAPPENS! Grabe para akong himatayin ng oras na to, di ako makapaniwala bago ko ibigay sa Asawa ko @benj," shared Lovely in the caption.

"Napakagandang Blessing sa unang buwan ng 2023! After 15 years sa unang anak ko, at after 3 years na tintry namin ng Asawa ko tsaka palang binigay ni Lord, Miracle Baby para sa amin knowing na mababa ang Sperm count ng asawa ko, kung kani kanino nadin ako nagtanong para mag paalaga dahil tumatanda na din ako turning 37 this year kaya mas takot na ako sa mga impossibleng mangyari sakin. Pero iba ang FAITH namin kay LORD lalo na ang Asawa ko ang dasal niya palagi na sana mabigyan niya kami ng anak at grabe PRAISE GOD napakaganda ng regalo mo samin"

Lovely is praying for a healthy pregnancy, relating she's now in her sixth week.

Meanwhile, she also shared an encouraging message to her followers.

"Sa lahat po ng nakakabasa nito, kahit anong hihilingin mo kay LORD ibibigay niya di man agad agad pero ibibigay niya sa Perfect time niya kaya wag ka mawalan ng pag asa, lalo mo higpitan ang Faith mo saknya dahil sigurado ako na ang pinagdadasal mo ay parating na," it read.

On the other hand, Benj shared his thoughts on being a father anew.  

"Have Faith in God," he started. "2023, sabi nila swerte ako kasi year of the rabbit ako, pero mas kumapit ako sa promise ni Lord samin."

According to him, their upcoming baby is the "best wedding anniversary gift."

Note that the two just celebrated their second wedding anniversary last Jan. 23.

Benj then went on to reveal that he and Lovely have been trying to have a baby for so many years.

"Just to give you a background, mababa po ang sperm count ko and that is one of the reasons kaya hirap kami ng asawa ko. Been battling this issue sa sarili ko for how many months now pero lagi ko kinakausap si Lord. Sabi ko, 'Lord alam ko hindi ko na kailngan mag pa freeze para lang makabuo kami. Hindi ko kailngan uminom ng gamot para makabuo kami. Lord alam ko kapag hiniling ko sayo ibibigay mo siya samin in YOUR PERFECT TIME,'" he shared.

"Yes we are very happy kasi may sobrang gandang gift si Lord samin, posting this kahit na napaka private kong tao lalo na sa relationship namin ng asawa ko kasi I want you guys to know that the Lord is keeping His promises. Grabe siya gumalaw. Trust in Him with all your heart."

Benj said they will cherish every moment of the new chapter of their lives.

"Ang anak namin si Crisha and si Nathan mag kakakapatid na after how many years and were so blessed to have God beside us," he said, referring to their respective children from previous relationships.
