Another win for Dolly de Leon

Dolly de Leon has received another award for her excellent performance in Ruben Östlund’s critically acclaimed film "Triangle of Sadness."

De Leon was named best actress in a supporting role at the Guldbagge Awards Tuesday (Manila time), held at Cirkus in Stockholm, Sweden.

She bested Carla Seh (“Stammisar”), Liv Mjönes (“Tack for the Last Time”), and Marika Lindström (“Burn All my Letters”).

“Triangle of Sadness” also won several awards there, including best movie, best direction, best actor in a supporting role, best costume design, and best mask design awards. 

Note that prior De Leon won best supporting performance at the 2022 Los Angeles Films Critics Association Awards for her performance in “Triangle Of Sadness.”

She also recently made history being nominated in the same category at the Golden Globes and the British Academy Film Awards.
