The Rizal provincial government recognized its exceptional educational personnel in an event aimed at giving honor to the province's teachers, educators, principals, school administrators, and staff.
According to Rizal Gov. Nina Ynares, the Guronasyon Foundation Inc., the event's award-giving body, was created by former Rizal Rep. Gilberto "Bibit" Duavit to honor the outstanding individuals of Rizal's education sector.
