Costelo thanked the GMA Kapuso Foundation for the partnership. He said the aid was timely as farmers are suffering from the effects of inclement rain.

“We thanked our partner-stakeholder, the GMAKFI, and the local agriculture office for extending humanitarian assistance to our onion farmers in Aurora and Nueva Ecija. The recent incessant rainfall has affected the livelihood of the farmers, thus, this aid is very timely and necessary for the meantime,” said Costelo.
