Man yields P652K worth of shabu in Pasay City buy-bust

A 26 year-old man was arrested by members of Pasay City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) after he yielded more than P652,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation on Thursday, Jan 19.

Col. Froilan Uy, city police chief, said the suspect, Ronald Parisan alias Nald, was nabbed at around 10:00 p.m. at the corner of Chapel Road and NAIA Road in Barangay 194 Zone 20, Pasay City.

Uy said members of the SDEU conducted an entrapment operation in coordination with Police Sub-Station 8 for the arrest of Parisan who was listed in the police gallery as a high value individual.

The city police chief said the operating team were able to confiscate from Parisan 96 grams of shabu and a P1,000 bill used as boodle money and one black motorcycle.

Uy said the confiscated shabu was turned over to Southern Police District Forensic Unit for chemical analysis.

Parisan is now detained at the SDEU custodial facility and was charged for violation of the anti-drugs law.
