Big Bang's G-Dragon to release new album this year

It is not only Big Bang’s Taeyang who will be releasing new music this year.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon will come up with a new album, according to YG Entertainment.

A video of G-Dragon was uploaded by YG Entertainment on his YouTube channel titled “G-DRAGON - GUERRILLA DESK : G_Division.”

“It’s been a while since I’ve met you guys like this. I couldn’t communicate with you often, and I decided to film this clip in case you guys wanted to know what I’ve been up to and what my plans are,” he said in the video, according to YG Life.

Last year, Big Bang released “Still Life.”

“We still couldn’t meet with fans or perform. But spent my days to the fullest, and spent a year recharging and taking breaks,” added G-Dragon.

He announced his plans this year.

“I want to take this opportunity to tell you I’ll be working hard next year. I plan to meet you guys through various activities, including a new album. I’ll make sure to bring some good news in 2023,” he said.

He said, “Good job in 2022 and I hope the New Year brings you more health and luck. Let’s soar again this year and I’ll meet you with great news.”
