Only 1 examinee passes January 2023 Real Estate Consultant Licensure Exam — PRC

Only one out of 17 examinees successfully passed the January 2023 Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Tuesday, Jan. 17.

She is Ma. Dani VI Patal Edrad from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

The exams were given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila and Cebu last Dec. 7 (Written) and Jan. 9 to 13 (Revalida).

The date and venue of the oathtaking are yet to be announced as per PRC.

"From February 27 to February 28, 2023, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals," the commission added.
