Is Rowena Guanzon's dog a kakampink?

Election season has long been over for us hoomans in the Philippines. But tell that to the dogs.

Specifically, P3PWD Party-list nominee Rowena Guanzon's cute little pooch, Dolly.

In a tweet Monday, Jan. 16, Guanzon shared a photo of Dolly in a pink dress that the latter supposedly chose.

"Dolly picked her dress. Pati dogs alam nila, pink gusto nila (Even dogs know that they want pink). Happy Sunday #pets," wrote the former Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner, as if insinuating something.

Although no political personality was mentioned in her tweet, Guanzon has been sharing pro-Leni Robredo posts on the social media platform during the past few months.

Pink was the campaign color of Robredo, the former vice president who vied for the presidency in the May 2022 national elections. Her supporters are dubbed "kakampink".

Robredo, who is part of the opposition, ended up as a far second to eventual Palace race winner, Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.
