BACOLOD CITY – Police arrested a barber and seized 16 grams of suspected shabu worth P108,800 in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Singcang-Airport here on Sunday, Jan. 15.
The suspect was identified as Celso Alvarez, 43, of Barangay Singcang-Airport.
Alvarez, a street-level individual, was arrested after he sold shabu to a poseur-buyer for P500.
Suspect faces drug-related charges and is detained at Police Station 8.
