PH bet Celeste Cortesi fails to enter top 16 of 71st Miss Universe Competition

The journey of Miss Philippines Celeste Cortesi to become the next Miss Universe ended after she failed to enter the top 16 of the 71st Miss Universe Competition in New Orleans, Louisiana on Jan. 14 (Jan. 15 in Manila).

This is the first time in 12 years that the Philippines did not make it to the semis of the most prestigious competition.

Here are the top 16 semifinalists who will have the chance of becoming Miss Universe 2022:
