Eight drug pushers nabbed, P800,000 worth of shabu seized in three Central Luzon buy-busts


CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Illegal drugs worth almost P800,000 were seized from eight suspected drug peddlers who were arrested during separate buy-bust operations in Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Zambales, report said Saturday, Jan. 14.

In Nueva Ecija, police authorities conducted separate anti-illegal drug operations which resulted in the arrest of Daniel Puyat, 48, and Joseph Quejada, 40, both of Brgy. Cruz Roja, Cabanatuan City; and Francis Garcia, 29, of Brgy. San Roque Norte, Cabanatuan City.

The confiscated evidence were nine pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing 31.5 grams of shabu valued at P214,200, and marked P1,000 bill.

In Brgy. Lourdes, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, authorities arrested 42-year old Jojit Mayor alias ‘Jojit,’ a high value individual, and 41-year old Raffy Turla alias ‘Raffy.’

Seized from the duo were 10 pieces of plastic sachets containing 68 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P442,000, and marked 1,000-peso bill.

In Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales, arrested were Bryner Tiamsing alias ‘Ner,’ 22; Albert Del Rosario, alias ‘Allen,’ 33; and Jay-Ar Ladon alias ‘JR,’ 21, all residents of Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales.

Seized from the trio were five pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets weighing 17.1 grams with a street value of P116,280 and marked 500-peso bill.
