Three of the biggest heartthrobs from the ‘70s are off to capture hearts all over again. This month of love, top-rated stars of their generation, Christopher De Leon, Tirso Cruz III, and Edgar “Bobot” Mortiz bring in “Some Kind of Valentine” concert, a two-night Vegas casino-style spectacle showcasing the trio’s flair for humor, wit, and comic frolic.

Fall in love even more as showbiz royalty Lovi Poe joins them onstage for the pre-Valentine concert at Newport Performing Arts Theater on Feb. 3 & 4.

From the television screen to the concert stage, their charm and versatility have always been admired by fans. De Leon has been in the local entertainment scene for around four decades now, yet he continues to be one of the most in-demand veteran actors in both television and film.

Tirso Cruz III remains among the industry’s brightest stars over the course of his illustrious, multi-decade career. He has won awards for his acting in many films, including Bilangin Ang Bituin Sa Langit (1989).

While former matinee idol Bobot Mortiz has successfully reinvented himself from being an actor-singer to being a top producer and director at ABS-CBN, doing hit shows like “Goin Bulilit” and “Banana Split”.
