723 cops promoted in Negros Occidental

BACOLOD CITY – Seven-hundred twenty-three policemen were promoted in Negros Occidental recently.

Brig. Gen. Leo Francisco, Police Regional Office (PRO) 6 (Western Visayas) chief, led their online oath-taking on Tuesday, Jan. 10.

Their oath-taking was followed by the simultaneous donning and pinning of ranks of second-level uniformed personnel at Kanlaon Hall inside the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (Nocppo) headquarters here.

A thanksgiving Mass was held for promoted police personnel at St. Michael de Archangel Chapel before their oath-taking.

Fifty-two commissioned officers and 671 non-commissioned officers were promoted under the CY 2022 Regular Promotion Program.
