Malabon Ahon Blue Card is a program recently launched by the City Social Welfare Development Department (CSWDD) and local government, which aims to provide convenience and transparency to the public through the use of an electronic financial system in distributing financial assistance to city residents.
The city government guaranteed qualified beneficiaries to receive financial services through the said blue cards.
One or two members of a household can apply for the program.
In line with the reopening of registration, CSWDD also held a seminar for officers of the 21 city barangays for the fast completion of the listing and verification process.
