LOOK: Kakampink couple gets ex-VP Robredo as wedding godmother

While she did not succeed in her 2022 presidential bid, that did not stop former vice president Leni Robredo from fulfilling one of her promises to two supporters who asked her to be their wedding godmother.

The former official, who just came back from numerous speaking engagements abroad, posted a couple of photos on her Facebook page.

“Fulfilled a promise today. Congratulations, GM and Pinky (pink heart emoticons),” she wrote.

In one of the photos, Robredo was seen wearing a long pink gown beside the couple in what looks to be in front of a Church altar.

Pinky flashed the “L” sign as the three were all smiles.

In the other photo, the couple—GM and Pinky—were shown holding a placard that says “VP Leni, pwede ka ba maging ninang sa kasal namin (can you be a godmother in our wedding)?” during one of her rallies.

GM was seen flashing an “L” sign while Pinky showed a finger heart, a popular Korean trend that joined the index finger and thumb to form a tiny heart.

They were both wearing the TRoPa (Team Robredo-Pangilinan) shirt.
