115 newly-promoted PNP personnel in Region 3 take oath

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Newly-promoted Philippine National Police personnel of Police Regional Office 3 took their oath at the Police Regional Office 3 Parade Ground, Camp Captain Julian Olivas here on Tuesday, Jan. 10.

The oath taking, mass pinning and donning of ranks of the 115 newly-promoted Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers were administered by PRO3 Regional Director Police Brigadier General Cesar Pasiwen.

Pasiwen stressed in his message that their promotion signifies not only the recognition of excellent service to the PNP but more importantly bigger responsibilities that they have to take in order to help attain their mission.

"Huwag kayong makuntento sa inyong promotion. I want you to keep going, strive harder, and embrace the challenges at stake ahead of you toward the fulfillment of your dreams,” said Pasiwen.

“Do not cling to corruption, do not engage in illegal activities. Maglingkod kayo ng tapat at taos-puso sa sambayanang Pilipino," he added.

The activity was done simultaneously in all PPOs/CPOs region-wide wherein a total of 3,179 PRO personnel advanced to higher ranks.
