CAMP RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – The Police Regional Office-13 on Thursday, July 27, cited the Manila Bulletin for disseminating accurate and timely information and other assistance for the country’s peace and development.

Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft and Caraga Regional Development Council Chairman Dinagat Islands Gov. Nilo P. Demerey Jr. awarded a plaque of recognition to the Manila Bulletin through correspondent Mike U. Crismundo.
The Manila Bulletin was also recognized for its role in being the link between the people and Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Police Gen. Benjamin Acorda Jr.’s five-focused agenda – personnel morale and welfare, community engagement, integrity enhancement, information and communications technology development, and honest law enforcement operations.
The daily broadsheet was also recognized for being the link between the people and the PRO-13’s peace and development program.
“Plaque of Recognition is hereby presented to Mike Crismundo of Manila Bulletin for its invaluable support to PRO-13 being a key partner in the information operation of the various Police Community Relations (PCR) projects, programs, and activities that immensely contributed to the peace and development,” the plaque given during the culminating activity of the 28th Police Community Relations Month with the theme “Serbisyong Nagkakaisa para sa Ligtas at Maunlad na Pamayanan” at the parade ground of the PRO-13 regional headquarters here said.
Demerey, guest of honor and speaker, recognized the exemplary performance of PRO-13.
