"This partnership will strengthen our digitalization efforts in order to make transactions in the city more efficient," said Biazon.

The city government is also looking to improve its disbursement processes such as payroll services, financial assistance, and scholarship payouts, and Biazon believes that Land Bank provides the most efficient option for the city in terms of delivery and reliability.

In his recent State of the City Address, Biazon declared that Muntinlupa is currently on its way to a brighter future by being a smart city that uses technology and efficient processes to benefit the public.

The city government said Muntinlupa has posted impressive economic numbers in its recovery from the pandemic resulting in it being recognized as one of the top five most competitive cities in the Philippines.
