PDEA arrests 13, dismantles two drug dens in Mabalacat City

MABALACAT CITY, PAMPANGA – Two drug dens were dismantled in separate buy-bust operations that also led to the arrest of 13 drug suspects in Roxas Street, Brgy. Dau on Monday, Feb. 27. Eight drug personalities were apprehended in the first operation. They were identified as David Hernan, China Bañar, Berna Dicto Vargas, Mike Aro, Melvin Marcelo, Jon-Jon Bais, Rodney Cariño, and Mercedes Lagrimas. Joint personnel of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Pampanga Provincial Office and PDEA-3 Special Enforcement Section also raided a drug den on the same day in the same barangay and arrested five individuals. The two separate operations yielded more or less 27 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P186,300. The raiders also confiscated drug paraphernalia and the marked money used in the buy-bust.
