Nine drug suspects nabbed inside drug den dismantled in Mabalacat

MABALACAT CITY - Agents of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region III (PDEA-3) cornered nine drug suspects inside a makeshift drug den during a buy-bust operation in Phase I, Barangay Dapdap on Sunday, Feb. 26. The drug personalities were identified as Alvin Junyo, 39, Jayson Manalo, 23, Dennis Yanong, 37, Joanna Mae Guevarra, 26, Vivien Lagman, 45, Cris Angelo Dizon, 36, Agapito Pangilinan, 22, Glaiza Quizon, 34, and Darwin Macapayag, 27. The raiders confiscated 15 grams of shabu in eight heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets amounting to P103,500, seven heat-sealed plastic sachets containing 10 grams of dried marijuana leaves with an estimated street value of P1,200, assorted drug paraphernalia and the buy-bust money. The authorities said all the suspects who were under surveillance for almost a week, were surprised upon the arrival of raiders.
