Netflix teases return of SexBomb Girls

Could it be the SexBomb Girls?

Netflix surprised fans after it uploaded a video of what appears to be the 90s all-female singing and dancing group in the Philippines called "SexBomb Girls."

"O, ano mga darling? Ready na ba kayo? Abangan bukas!" wrote in the caption of the video on Monday, Feb. 20.

Fans guessed that the popular streaming platform will upload the series "Daisy Siete," a drama anthology on GMA Network starring the SexBomb Girls.

"Lols ako ang nagsulat ng Daisy Siete mula kalahati ng Season 1 hanggang ika 7th year ata (13 yrs ago na ba or more?) na excite ako kung ano rin ito. Wala akong alam hahHa," tweeted Kapuso screenwriter Suzette Doctolero.

The series debuted on Sept. 1 2003 and wrapped up on July 2, 2010.

Prior, the SexBomb Girls were in-house dancers for the longest-running noontime show "Eat Bulaga" before they branched out to singing and acting. Two of their biggest hits were the songs "Spageti Song (Pababa Ng Pababa) and "Bakit Papa?"

In 2011, the group stopped performing in "Bulaga." Two years later, the original members of the group went their separate ways.

Among the popular members of e SexBomb Girls were Rochelle Pangilinan, Jopay, Sunshine Garcia, and Miya Pangyarihan.
