Freight forwarding is essential for the economy’s need for the flow of goods and services from foreign countries to the local one. Merchants are often not logisticians, thus the need for a middle man between them and their consumer to facilitate deliveries of what they need. It benefits both consumer and the forwarder by meeting these consumer requirements in both a timely and cost-effective manner.

Veloce Logistics Korea combines the packages of all customers shipping to that country into single shipments that travel via air freight. By combining all the packages, we can offer more competitive rates. Customers’ shipping charges are based on the combined weight of all your packages in the shipment. Shipments are sent on specific days of the week (which do not change) and may occur 1-2 times per week, depending on the particular country and volume of packages we have going to that destination. Once a shipment is made, customers will receive an invoice to be paid to the Manila office via bank transfer or credit card. Their packages will not be available for final delivery or pick up until payment is received.

Veloce Logistics Corporation offers a shopping service wherein they can purchase items for the consumer. This is to resolve issues of local credit cards not being accepted in foreign countries alongside being the overall more convenient option for buyers. This option is available for all warehouses in the Philippines for a fee of $10 or 10% of the item, whichever amount is higher.

The pasa-buy culture is a common practice done in the Philippines wherein the company goes store-to-store to offer its audience a selection of items. For a limited time, the Veloce Logistics Corporation team has decided to implement a free, limited pasa-buy service for its Korea branch to create traffic and drive profits up. As of now, the company offers completely no mark-ups on original items and only charges the actual item cost with shipping fees.

To avail of the said service, consumers must message any of the official Veloce Logistics Corporation avenues to request for the desired item. From there, staff can visit the merchant’s physical or online stores. Once availability is confirmed, the consumer must fully pay for the item’s balance to the Philippines head office for the transaction to push through. After confirming the sale, the item will be delivered to the Philippines in 1 to 2 weeks time.

There is a resizing option on the official website, which includes the removal of a package’s box and additional requests. This is done to minimize each consumers’ costs as shipping fees are calculated through the package’s overall volume or dimensional weight. This service may cost more labor, but emphasizes the customer-centric value of the company.

The company offers two options once a package has arrived at the local warehouse—customer pick up and doorstep delivery. Whichever option chosen is inputted into the website and reflected for the management to see. The fees for the delivery are already included in the issued invoice which allows the customer to avail the service with no extra fees. Depending on what is more convenient for the customer, the customer can wait for the package to arrive during the company’s delivery days or claim the package as soon as it arrives and is processed at the warehouse. Customers are given tracking options and are updated with the arrival of their packages.
