The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has declared 12 police units in Nueva Vizcaya as drug-free workplace.
First to be declared drug-free was the provincial police office last November and the most recent was the Solano police station.
The other units which obtained the accomplishment was the Bayombong, Kayapa, Quezon, Dupax del Norte and Sur, Santa Fe, Kasibu, Bagabag, and Villaverde municipal police stations.
In order to attain this status, PDEA said all personnel working in these units must pass a drug test.
Nueva Vizcaya police chief Col. Camlon Nasdoman, PDEA Provincial Officer Jojo Gayuma, and the mayors in these municipal police offices unveiled the tarpaulin marking the feat.
