Bettor from Pateros wins P25.4-M Lotto 6/42 jackpot

A bettor from Pateros won the jackpot prize for Lotto 6/42 worth P25,490,659 in the evening draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Tuesday, Jan. 31.

The lucky digits were 31-41-29-25-20-08.

Thirty-eight bettors won the second prize worth P24,000, and 2,013 players hit the third prize worth P800.

Its jackpot was previously won by a lone bettor from Davao City, Davao del Sur on Jan. 17 who took home P35.3 million.

Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9 p.m.

PCSO reminded that all lotto prizes exceeding P10,000 are subject to 20 percent tax under Tax Reform Acceleration and Inclusion Law.

Prizes not claimed within one year after the draw shall be considered forfeited by Republic Act No. 1169, it added.
