K-drama 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' grabs No. 1 spot on Netflix chart for 8th week

Park Eun-bin and Kang Tae-oh’s drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” topped Netflix’s weekly Global Top 10 chart for the most viewed shows and films.

According to Netflix, “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” was viewed 48.82M hours viewed from Aug. 29 to Sept. 4 to emerge No. 1 again among non-English shows.

This is the eight week that “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” topped the non-English chart out of its nine appearances on the top 10 list.

From Aug. 29 to Sept. 4, the Korean drama placed in the top 10 in 49 countries and regions including being No. 1 in Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan.

The Korean drama “Alchemy of Souls” is No. 3 on the non-English chart with 27.2 million hours viewed while “Young Lady and Gentleman” is No. 4 with 18.27 million hours viewed.
