MMDA, Muntinlupa LGU inaugurate green space, recreational park

Acting Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Carlo Dimayuga and Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon inaugurated on Sept. 5 a green and recreational park in the city for the benefit of children.

“We inaugurated today a 'green space & recreational park' at Bayanan, Baywalk—a project of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the City Government of Muntinlupa,” said Biazon.

Through this, he said, children will have a safe place where they can play. It will also provide residents an area for recreational activities.

“Thank you, MMDA, for this project! Kasama sa 7K Agenda ng lokal na pamahalaan ang pagtatatag ng green spaces at parks sa lungsod (Included in the 7K Agenda of the local government is the establishment of green spaces and parks in the city),” the mayor said.

Dimayuga thanked the Muntinlupa City government for its support to the MMDA.

"We recognize the City of Muntinlupa as an active and important partner of the MMDA in fulfilling our mandate and the implementation of its programs and policies," said Dimayuga.
