The said ceremony will be conducted virtually on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 2 p.m. and it will be spearheaded by PRC Iloilo through Microsoft Teams of Zoom.

Meanwhile, all inductees were instructed to wear their Gala Uniform, cap, and to use a white physical or virtual background throughout the ceremony. They were also told to print the “Oath of Professional” form which may be downloaded on the PRC’s website.

Apart from these, they were likewise tasked to secure an appointment schedule for the oathtaking.

“Please secure an appointment at http://online.prc. gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as transaction. The online registration will close five calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day,” said the Commission.

Ceremony protocols

In pursuant of the PRC Resolution No. 1255, which approved the conduct of virtual oathtaking during a public health emergency, inductees are required to open the invitation provided by the Commission at least one hour before the start of the ceremony for “identity screening purposes.”

Inductees who will not be able to join the "screening time" will no longer be allowed to access the video conference and to take their oath.

“Those with confirmed appointments for online oathtaking but failed to join on the scheduled date will be allowed to get another appointment following the same procedures,” PRC added.
