Drug pusher yields P102,000 shabu in Bacolod buy-bust

BACOLOD CITY – A suspected drug pusher was arrested and yielded shabu valued at P102,000 in a buy-bust operation in Purok Cadena de Amor, Barangay 29 here on Wednesday, Sept. 28.

Lt. Dax Santillan, officer-in-charge of the Police Station 6, said that suspect Marciano Marchan, 51, of Barangay 29 is a street level individual.

Marchan was placed under monitoring for several months, according to Santillan.

Police recovered from Marchan the P300 marked money and P200.

Santillan said the operation was conducted in coordination with the Special Operations Unit of the PNP-Drug Enforcement Group.

He said they are checking if Marchan had previous cases.
