Indian wanted for drugs nabbed in Pangasinan

MANGALDAN, Pangasinan – Police arrested an Indian wanted for drug charges after almost three years of hiding in Barangay Guegusangen here on Monday, Sept. 26.

The suspect, “Nicky,” 32, was nabbed on a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Junius E. Dalaten, acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court Branch 42, Dagupan City for violation of Article 2, Section 14 (possession of dangerous drugs paraphernalia in social gathering) of Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 issued on October 10, 2019.

The Mangaldan police, assisted by other law enforcement units, under Lt. Col. Benjamin Zarate Jr., officer-in-charge, arrested the suspect in the house of his wife.
