13 grams of shabu worth P88,000 confiscated from three nabbed drug suspects in Bacolod buy-bust

BACOLOD CITY – Thirteen grams of shabu worth P88,400 were seized from three drug suspects who were arrested as Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Negros Occidental dismantled a drug den in Barangay 19 here on Thursday, Sept 22.

The target drug personality in the buy-bust was identified as Dionesio Dingcong Oleta alias ‘Nonoy,’ who was believed to be the drug den maintainer.

Agent Bamboo of PDEA-Negros Occidental said that Oleta was previously arrested for a drug offense.

Two others were also caught allegedly holding a pot session inside Oleta's house during the buy-bust operation, according to Agent Bamboo.

Agent Bamboo said that a series of surveillance was conducted until they were able come up with a high-impact operation.

Also confiscated from them were some drug paraphernalia and the marked money.

Drug charges are being readied against the three suspects, who are considered high value individuals, Agent Bamboo said.
