Twitterverse is having a field day with this bookstore chain being called 'Nash'

As young Filipinos are going back to physical classes, many working adults are being nostalgic about the time when they were once young students. Topics such as class cancellation due to typhoons, favorite baon, and other class antics are always part of the conversation. Another topic that never fails to bring joy is about shopping for school supplies. It is always one of the exciting parts of the back-to-school season. In Manila, there are a lot of places where one can get all their academic needs, and one of those is National Book Store.

On Sept. 19, the local bookstore and office supplies store chain made it to Twitter’s trending list with one user tweeting how “depressing” its shops are these days. But what caught the attention of many Filipino users of the platform is how National Book Store is nicknamed Nash. Is it the conyo version of ‘National’? Sheeeeesh, bruh?
