The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) said it is prepared to conduct voter's education for the December 2022 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

"Even if there is no clear mandate yet from Congress on whether the BSKE will proceed or be postponed, we can already start our voter's education campaign," PPCRV Director for Voter Education Arwin Serrano told Radyo Veritas.
"We want to educate the people on the importance of the barangay, who can be elected, and how to elect leaders," he added.
Serrano said they want to highlight the importance of the SK, its benefits to the youth sector, and the importance of electing SK officials.
Last month, the PPCRV opposed the postponement of the BSKE polls.
In a statement, the church-based poll watchdog group said the calls to postpone the BSKE seem to "undermine the barangay’s important role and significance in the daily dissemination of basic services to the Filipino people."
