Man, 19, arrested for raping aunt, 28, in Nueva Vizcaya

A 19-year-old man was arrested in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya for allegedly raping his 28-year-old aunt in Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya on Monday, Sept. 12.

The Police Regional Office (PRO)-2 identified suspect as Jester John Bibay.

The victim told police that she was sleeping in their house when the suspect raped her on Monday.

Bibay fled until he was arrested by the Solano police in a follow-up operation also on Monday.

The suspect was in a drinking session with his relatives before he raped his relative.

Bibay is facing a rape case and currently in the custody of the Solano police.
