Aklan's fourth most wanted caught in Masbate

ILOILO CITY – The fourth most wanted person in Aklan was nabbed in Masbate on Wednesday, Sept. 14.

The Police Regional Office (PRO)-6 identified the suspect as Danilo Etang Tuling, 33, of Batan, Aklan and temporarily residing in Dimasalang, Masbate.

Tuling was arrested by the Batan Municipal Police Station and Dimasalang Municipal Police Station in Barangay Balocawe.

He allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl last October in Batan.

Tuling was arrested on a warrant issued by Judge Bienvenido Barrios Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 3 in Kalibo, Aklan.

Initially under the custody of the Dimasalang Municipal Police Station, Tuling was transported to Aklan to be turned over to the court concerned.
