4 nabbed, P103,500 shabu seized in Pampanga buy-bust

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) dismantled a makeshift drug den and arrested four individuals in a buy-bust operation Barangay Poblacion here on Tuesday, Sept. 13.

The PDEA identified the alleged drug personalities as Edward Concepcion, 30; John Liangcungco, 37; Edwardo Concepcion, 54; and Arnold Baron, 60, all of this city.

Recovered from them were seven heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing 15 grams of suspected shabu valued at P103,500, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.

Suspects face charges for violation of the Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
