The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Online Program website will undergo system maintenance on Thursday, Sept. 15.

In a public advisory, TESDA said, the system maintenance is from 8 p.m. of Sept. 15 to 5 a.m. of Sept. 16.
"Due to this, the TOP website (https:www.e-tesda.gov.ph) and the TOP Mobile application will be unvailable for any online activities," the agency said.
"Learners who wish to continue their learning during the said time are encouraged to install the mobile application and download their courses for offline use," it added.
TOP, which can be downloaded for smartphones via Google Play or App Store, offers 150 courses in various sectors including construction, automotive and land transport, electrical and electronics, among others.
Since its launch in 2012, the TESDA Online Program currently has more than four million registered users.
