"We're behind you all the way."

This assurance was part of House Speaker Martin Romualdez's advance birthday greeting Monday, Sept. 12 for President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos.
Marcos will turn 65 on Tuesday, Sept. 13.
"Warmest greetings, Your Excellency, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Romualdez Marcos Jr., on the occasion of your 65th birthday! Upon your shoulders lay the hopes and dreams of 112 million Filipinos," Romualdez's greeting read.
"We, the members of the House of Representatives of the 19th Congress, are behind you all the way as we work together to uplift the lives of our countrymen," he said.
"Proceed in this noble endeavor with our fervent prayers and wholehearted support for Your Excellency's continued success," added the Leyte 1st district representative.
"May God continue to bless you with good health, wisdom, and compassion, as well as the strength and conviction to provide solutions to the lingering problems that continuously beset our country today. Mabuhay (Long live)," Romualdez further said.
Romualdez and Marcos are cousins.
