Carlo Aquino and Trina Candaza were together recently, celebrating the second birthday of their daughter, Mithi.

On their respective social media accounts, the two uploaded some behind-the-scenes photos taken during the said birthday bash.

"Have I told you yet today how much I love you?," Carlo wrote as caption to his picture with Mithi.

"Wrapped in love," he said in another.

Meanwhile, Trina thanked the people who graced the party. She also credited the suppliers.

Most of the snaps show Carlo and Trina with their daughter in one frame.

This prompted netizens to encourage the two to patch things up.

"Sana maging okay na ulit kayo, mas okay pag buo ang pamilya," one suggested.

"Mganda tignan pag kompleto ang family," another reiterated.

On Trina's recent vlog, she answered netizens' queries about her real score with Carlo and if there's a chance that they'll reconcile.

According to her, they're "okay" and in constant communication when it comes to their daughter.

From time to time, she said they would go out as a family - malling and dining out together.

"Ang hirap kasi magsabi ng 'oo,' 'wala,' 'hindi,' ganyan kasi siyempre hindi mo naman alam kung ano yung mga mangyayari and ang hirap din i-process yung mga nangyayari sa ngayon," said Trina.

Though she's not closing her door on them rekindling their romance, particularly since they have a child, she said, "Okay na rin siguro yung ganito at least happy and okay kami."

Recall that April this year, Carlo finally admitted that he and the model-vlogger are no longer an item.
