Drug pusher, 2 cohorts nabbed in Bacolod buy-bust

BACOLOD CITY – Police arrested a suspected drug pusher and his two cohorts and confiscated 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000 in a buy-bust operation in Zone 3 Calong-Calong, Barangay Singcang-Airport here on Wednesday, Aug. 31.

The suspects were identified as Ronel Billena, 26; Roy Martonia, 23, and Ludovico Ollosa, 22, all residents of Barangay Tangub here.

Police Major Joery Puerto, head of Police Station 8, said they are considered street level individuals. They were also included in the drugs list of the barangay, according to Puerto.

Puerto said the operation was launched after they validated information received two weeks ago that Billena was allegedly involved in the illegal drugs trade.

He said that Billena will face charges for sale of dangerous drugs while his cohorts will be charged for illegal possession of dangerous drugs.
