Aniela gets distracted by Sandro, but what did he do?

It seems that Ilocos Norte 1st district Rep. Sandro Marcos couldn't help but distract his House colleagues even if he's just harmlessly standing beside them.

This exact scenario took place during the plenary session Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 31.

The "distracted colleague" in this case was Assistant Majority Leader and Cavite 8th district Rep. Aniela Tolentino, one of Marcos's close pals and a fellow neophyte solon in the 19th Congress.

In this video posted by TikToker Trixie Torikushii, Tolentino is seen making a motion on floor while Marcos, who is the senior deputy majority leader, stood a few inches to her left.

The lady solon then started giggling mid-sentence, with the cause apparently being Marcos. Her light slap on the Ilocano's arm gives this away, although the video doesn't show anything as to what could have triggered this response.

To her credit, Tolentino managed to compose herself and continue reading her motion as Marcos walked off smiling.
