Score travel deals at the 6th World Travel Expo

Good news travelers! After some pause because of the COVID-19, the much-awaited World Travel Expo Manila is coming back with a promise of more exciting promos and deals for everyone. 

As a testament to the fulfillment of that promise, the expo partners with Okada Manila as the official venue for this year's event. 

The said exhibition will be set up at the hotel's 5,700 square meter space, known as the Crystal Corridor Exhibition hall. According to Miles Caballero, Ad Asia Events' managing director, this venue will fit roughly 259 booths from travel agencies, different hotel partners, airlines, and tour operators. 

She also said that for this year's expo, they are promoting more of the local destinations. 

"Seventy percent of the will be coming from local and then 30 percent from international. It's a mixed from Asia, US, and Europe," she says. "What we are promoting here is domestic travels." 

When asked about the deals, she said that that the merchants in this expo will offer up to 70 percent off in their packages. 

"Some will even help you with the processing of your visa for a minimal fee," she says.

The 6th World Travel Expo will run from Oct. 21 to 23, 2022, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Since the venue is in Okada, there will be several pick-up points where you can get free rides via the hotel's bus service. And if you're planning to visit at the evening, you will also get a chance to witness Okada's fountain hourly show that begins at 6 p.m. daily.
