Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval on Tuesday, Aug. 30, urged city residents to get vaccinated against the coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
Any brand of vaccine against Covid-19 has been proven to be safe, effective, and provided protection not just to us but to our families and communities)," Sandoval said in a video posted on the city government's Facebook page.
She encouraged the residents, both the minors and adults, to check on the schedule and venues of the vaccinations in the city.
The mayor also reminded them to follow health and safety protocols such as the wearing of face mask, frequent washing of hands, and observing physical distancing
"Handa po ang ating City Health Department, kasama ang inyong lingkod, para samahan kayo sa inyong first and second dose, pati na din sa booster shots (Our City Health Department is ready to provide you with the vaccine shots against Covid-19, including booster shots)," Sandoval said.
Our vaccinations teams have the experience and capability to administer to you your shots in a safe and efficient manner) ," she added.
