100,000 people expected to attend BTS' concert in Busan for World Expo 2030 bid
Grammy-nominated K-pop group BTS’ concert in Busan in October is expected to have 100,000 fans in attendance.
BTS are the honorary ambassadors of Busan’s bid to host the World Expo 2030.

To help gather support for Busan, BTS will hold the World Expo 2030 Busan Korea Concert: BTS Yet To Come in Busan on Oct. 15 at the Busan Ilgwang Special Stage. The free concert will be held for 90 minutes.
Big Hit Music, BTS’ agency, released guidelines for the Busan concert.
“Reservations for tickets to the in-person concert will be divided into a ticket raffle for holders of the BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY Membership and general reservations. The designated seats to this concert may only be reserved by holders of the ARMY Membership through a ticket raffle. General reservations will open for the standing area and canceled raffle tickets,” the agency announced.
It added, “There will be no admission numbers for the standing area. You may watch the concert freely within the standing area. Live broadcasting and filming will take place simultaneously during this concert. Some views may be obstructed due to on-site equipment and performance direction: please understand that the audience may be streamed/broadcasted or recorded for video production during the concert.”
The application period for the concert ticket will be from Aug. 30 to Sept. 1, and the winners of the raffle and verification will be held on Sept. 7 and 8.
The general reservation for the remaining designated seats will be from Sept. 19 to Oct. 14.
