New photo emerges showing BLACKPINK's Jennie, BTS' V together

A new photo emerged showing BTS’ V and BLACKPINK’s Jennie together, fueling the dating rumors between the two K-pop stars.

The photo was posted by a Twitter user, who also posted the photo of the two K-pop stars in a dressing room on Aug. 23.

“New unseen/exclusive: #JENNIE from #BLACKPINK really loves to take and share pictures with #TAEHYUNG #V from #BTS with all of her friends! Doesnt she, 이주형 ? Maybe the media can ask them some questions during their time in the US. Best friends? or more? #TAENNIE,” the Twitter user posted along with the photo on Aug. 24.

The location of the photo was the same in past photos posted by V on his Instagram account.

V and Jennie were first embroiled in dating rumors last May when a photo was posted online showing the two of them allegedly together in a car in Jeju Island. In the photo, two people who looked like them were in a car. It showed the man believed to be V is driving while the woman is beside him.

V left for New York on Aug. 24. BLACKPINK will be flying to the US on Aug. 25 for their performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, which will be held on Aug. 28 at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

On Aug. 23, a photo was posted by the Twitter user V in a dressing room with a woman taking his photo that netizens pointed out looked like Jennie. Netizens claimed that the blue cardigan, cell phone model and bracelet that the woman wore were worn by Jennie in past photos.

For the alleged Jeju photo of the two, the uploader captioned it, "Today's hot photo. I don't know if they're just lookalikes, but two top idol stars were spotted together in Jeju island," according to SBS News.

It added, "The top female idol was recently involved in break up rumors with a male OG idol, so fans are believing in this even more. I will keep the names hidden for now since it has not been confirmed as fact yet."
