Las Piñas, Parañaque LGUs suspend Covid vaccinations

The city governments of Las Piñas and Parañaque announced the suspension of their vaccinations against Covid-19 scheduled on Wednesday, Aug. 24, due to inclement weather caused by tropical storm “Florita.”

The city government said the vaccinations will resume on Thursday, Aug. 25.

The Las Piñas city government urged residents to visit the city’s vaccination site for their first and second booster shot on Aug. 25.

The city government suspended the vaccination schedule after the declaration of the suspension of classes and work in government offices until Wednesday.

In Parañaque, the city government said residents must coordinate with their barangay health centers for their vaccination schedule.
