Joshua Garcia, fans celebrate Koomi's 100th store in MOA

Fans cheered as Kapamilya star Joshua Garcia led the opening of Koomi's 100th store at the Mall of Asia over the weekend.

Fans and officials of Koomi Philippines gathered as they tasted a healthy and deliciously guilt-free yogurt drink.

"He is a young, fun, chill guy who likes to stay fit and active but has the need to indulge during his downtime and prefers healthy food choices," said Visum Ventures Group CEO Mike Hilton when asked about Joshua as their celebrity endorser. 

Like Koomikadas, Joshua loves discovering new experiences and strives to be healthier.

Returning to face-to-face tapings, Joshua became more health-conscious and takes time to do more cardio workouts like running. He also lifts weights and has modified his diet. 

The 24-year-old actor also shared how excited he is about becoming Koomi's first celebrity endorser. 

"I heard din na first time nila kumuha, so kaya sobrang saya ko kasi lahat ng friends ko bumili sa Koomi, meron akong friend na pumunta sa Koomi," Joshua said. 

The "Darna" actor also mentioned that his favorite yogurt drink is one of Koomi's new flavor series Ube. 

To make Koomi's 100th store celebration even more exciting, a special program was held at the Mall of Asia Square, where fans and special guests participated in games and other activities. They also did a 100-meter ribbon cutting to commemorate the special event.

The flagship brand of Visum Ventures Group, Koomi, has taken the country by storm since opening its first store in 2019. With branches nationwide, Koomi is also fast expanding in major cities and provinces.
