Obiena will compete in the Stabhochsprungmeeting in Jockgrim, Germany on Tuesday, followed by Athletissima in Lausanne, Switzerland from Aug. 25 to 26.

He will then battle in the True Athletics Classics in Leverkusen, Germany on Aug. 28, before seeing action in the St. Wendel City Jump also in Germany on Aug. 31.

There will be no rest for the Tokyo Olympian as he sees action in the Memorial van Damme event in Brussels, Belgium on Sept. 2, followed by the ISTAF 2022 in Berlin Germany on Sept. 4.

His last stop will be the Golden Fly in Schaan, Liechtenstein on Sept. 11.

Obiena is looking at improving his season-best of 5.94 meters at the World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon that erased his national and Asian record.

So far, he has won in four outdoor tournaments and made it to the podium six times.

His last tournament was at the Hungarian Athletics Grand Prix last Aug. 8 where he finished fourth with 5.45m.
