The Officers of the Philippine Federation of Real Estate Service Professionals, Inc. (PFRESPI) paid a courtesy visit to PRC Chairman, Hon. Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. and PRC Commissioner-in-charge for Real Estate Profession, Hon. Erwin M. Enad on August 10, 2022 at Chairman’s Office in PICC. It was a fruitful meeting with a common objective to unify and bring all real estate stakeholders into the fold and elevate the real estate profession to greater heights aligned with our ASEAN partner nations.

PFRESPI Officers was headed by its Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Florentino S. Dulalia, Jr., who is also FIABCI World President, 2020-2021, Past National President & Chairman of REBAP, CREBA & PARCS; Chairman, Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, also Vice Chairman of FIABCI Philippines, former President of PMRB and PAREB and 1^st Chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES); President, Atty. Michael Ross I. Limosnero, also Legal Counsel of FIABCI Philippines; Secretary-General, Engr. Eleanor M. Liganor, a former Board of Director of REBAP; Trustee, Ms. Melinda Lit, also Past National President of PAREB; Trustee, Mr. Jexter L. Dulalia, also Secretary-General of FIABCI Philippines; and Executive Assistant of PFRESPI and FIABCI Philippines, Ms. Julie M. Legaspi.
