BACOLOD CITY – Two suspected drug personalities in the priority target list of the Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental police were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 7 Poblacion, Friday, August 19.

Police identified the suspects as Jayvee Dingcoy, 30, Top 1 target-listed personality; and Jioseen Vinson, 33, Top 2 target-listed personality and high value individual, both residents of Barangay 7 Poblacion.
Sixty grams of suspected shabu worth P408,000 were seized from the suspects.
Police Major Randy Babor, Moises Padilla police chief, said it was the biggest amount of illegal drugs seized so far in the town.
Recovered from the suspects were two short firearms which are revolver-type caliber subject for verification.
Babor said the two suspects were probably complacent since police seldom conduct anti-illegal drug operations in the town, considering that all 15 barangays have been declared drug-cleared.
He said the suspects have been allegedly into the illegal drugs trade for a while now.
Drug charges are being readied against the suspects, who were staying in separate boarding houses in Barangay 7.
